This summer we focus on three wines.
They have all been chosen for their seasonal appeal.
Red Truck Pinot Noir
START YOUR ENGINES The idea for Red Truck Wines began when Fred and Nancy Cline of Sonoma, California's Cline Cellars fell in love with a painting of a classic, old red truck, purchasing it at an auction benefiting the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art. Created by internationally renowned Sonoma-based artist Dennis Ziemienski, the light-filled painting of a vintage truck set against a typical Sonoma landscape of soft, golden hills, bright blue sky and cotton ball clouds seemed destined to become a sensational new wine label with universal appeal.
The Beach by Whispering Angel
Clear & very expressive with great aromatic freshness on the nose, including aromas of red berries with hints of lime and melon.
The Beach rosé is subtle and smooth…showing a balanced acidity and minerality with delicious citrus and red fruit flavours.
This rosé wine is fresh and round with a light and long peach, citrus flare.
Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc
Thia Chenin Blanc hails from Clarksburg, located in the Sacramento River Delta. The locale experiences temperatures in excess of 90°F during the day and a much cooler climate in the evening. This kind of differential creates ideal ripening conditions where the fruit can develop lush, ripe flavors but retain enough natural acidity for excellent balance. Here, the loamy mineral-rich soils give Chenin Blanc a “honey” character, which is one of its defining attributes.
